Notice is hereby given of the dissolution of MTL CONSTRUCTION, LLC, an Oregon limited liability company, having its principal office in Washington County, Oregon. A claim against the company will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within five years after publication of this notice. Persons with claims against the company are requested to present them in accordance with this notice. Each such claim must be in writing and state the basis for the claim, total dollar amount, the date the claim arose, any invoice or other identifying number, and the name, mailing address and telephone number of the claimant.
