AFFORDABLE HOUSING ASSISTANCE CORPORATION, an Oregon corporation; and all other persons, parties, or occupants unknown claiming any legal or equitable right, title, estate, lien, or interest in the real property described in the complaint herein, adverse to Plaintiff’s title, or any cloud on Plaintiff’s title to the Property.

In the name of the State of Oregon, you are hereby required to appear and answer the complaint filed against you in the above-entitled Court and cause on or before the expiration of 30 days from the date of the first publication of this summons. The date of first publication in this matter is February 11, 2016. If you fail timely to appear and answer, plaintiff will apply to the above-entitled court for the relief prayed for in its complaint. This is a judicial foreclosure of a deed of trust in which the plaintiff requests that the plaintiff be allowed to foreclose your interest in the following described real property:
PART OF THE SOUTH ONE-HALF OF LOT 16, CARLSBORG TRACT, CLACKAMAS COUNTY, OREGON, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 16; THENCE EAST ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 386.00 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE NORTH PARALLEL WITH THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT TO A POINT 60 FEET SOUTH OF THE BOUDARY BETWEEN THE NORTH AND SOUTH ONE-HALF OF SAID LOT; THENCE WEST ALONG THE SAID BOUNDARY LINE 386.00 FEET TO A POINT ON THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT; THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE WEST LINE TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
