BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING

A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Jefferson County Library District, Jefferson County, State of Oregon, on the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017, will be held at the Rodriguez Annex, 134 SE “E” Street, Madras, Oregon. The meeting will take place on April 12, 2016 at 5:30 p.m. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and begin budget discussion.
A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after April 5, 2016 at the Jefferson County Library, 241 SE 7th Street, Madras, Oregon, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday and between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Saturdays.
Listed below is the time and place of an additional Budget Committee meeting that will be held to take public comment. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee.
