SILVER OAK BUILDING TENANT IMPROVEMENT PROJECT – DRYWALL AND TEXTURE
BID OPENING: MARCH 15, 2016

SUBCONTRACTOR LISTS DUE: MARCH 15, 2016 at 4:00 PM
No bids will be received or considered after the time of closing.
Clackamas County Facilities Management is acting as a general contractor and soliciting bids to complete various components of a 34,000 square foot remodel of a County owned existing building located at 1801 Red Soils Court, Oregon City, OR. This portion of the project is for work associated with the drywall and texture. All construction for the entire project is to be completed by December 31, 2016. The engineer’s estimate for the drywall and texture work is approximately $175,000.
No prequalification is required for this project.
This is a public work contract subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 or if applicable, the federal prevailing rate of wage required under the Davis-Bacon Act (40 U.S.C. 3141 et seq.).
Bid packets will be available at Clackamas County Procurement, Clackamas County Public Services Building, 2051 Kaen Road, Oregon City, OR 97045, phone 503-742-5444. Hours of operation are Monday through Thursday from 7 AM to 6 PM. Sealed bids are to be sent to Lane Miller – Procurement Manager at the Kaen Road address. Bids will be opened in the Procurement Division, located on the fourth floor of the Public Services Building, at the designated time.
The Clackamas County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, may reject for good cause any and all bids upon the finding that it is in the public interest to do so, and may waive any and all informalities.
