NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING

A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the ALTO PARK WATER DISTRICT, Multnomah County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2016, to June 30, 2017, will be held at 1735 S.W. Englewood Drive, Lake Oswego. The meeting will take place on the 7th of April, 2016, at 7:00 PM.
The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget which is necessary to provide for fire protection services for the water district. There are no substantive changes to the budget documents from the prior year.
A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained weekdays on or after March 21, 2016 at the offices of Eblen Freed, LLP located at 1040 NE 44th Avenue Suite 4, Portland, Oregon 97213 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Mondays through Thursdays.
This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee.
