The City of North Plains, Oregon is seeking proposals for consulting services from qualified individuals, firms, or teams, with demonstrated experience in performing an Economic Development Study and a Housing Needs Analysis. This is a project to prepare an economic development study and housing needs analysis for the City of North Plains for our Comprehensive Plan update process.
Proposals are due March 18th, 2016 at 5:00pm.
