Portland Public Schools, School District No.1J, Multnomah County, Oregon seeks responses from qualified firms for provision of architectural and engineering services. Experienced firms are invited to submit a proposal for consideration by the District. The Request for Proposal documents may be obtained at the PlanetBids website, http://www.planetbids.com/pps portal. Firms must be registered with PlanetBids to obtain and download documents; registration is at no cost. An Optional Pre-Proposal conference will be held at 2:00 PM on March 24, 2016, in the Wy’East Conference Room, at 501 N. Dixon Street, Portland, Oregon 97227.
