NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING
CITY OF HILLSBORO

A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the City of Hillsboro, Washington County, State of Oregon, to discuss the proposed budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017 will be held at the Hillsboro Civic Center conference room 113 B&C, 150 E. Main, Hillsboro, Oregon. This meeting will take place on Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at 6 PM.

The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget.

A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after May 4, 2016 online at http://www.hillsboro-oregon.gov/index.aspx?page=262 or at the Civic Center, 150 E. Main Street, Hillsboro, Oregon, between the hours of 8 AM and 5 PM.

This is a public meeting where deliberation of the proposed budget by the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee.
