The court case number is 14CV12772. The case is entitled: GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC, its successors in interest and/or assigns, Plaintiff v MIKAEL WEAVER, AKA MIKAEL LEE WEAVER; BRIER CREST OWNERS ASSOCIATION; CLACKAMAS COMMUNITY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; AND OCCUPANTS OF THE PREMISES, Defendants.
