The City of Fairview is leading a multi-jurisdiction effort to enhance the character and economic viability of NE Halsey Street between Fairview Parkway and the Historic Columbia River Highway. Funded by Metro’s Community Planning and Development Grant and in partnership with Multnomah County and the Cities of Troutdale and Wood Village; the City is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to conduct PROFESSIONAL PLANNING SERVICES. The work will entail performing corridor analysis, facilitating formal and informal stakeholder meetings, and crafting consolidated development strategies to arrive at clear, documented, and comprehensive solutions for the Halsey Corridor.
Sealed proposals must be submitted to Erika Palmer, Senior Planner no later than 4 pm, Thursday, June 30, 2016, at the City of Fairview, Public Works Department, 1300 NE Village Street, Fairview, OR 97024. Proposals received after that date and time, or not submitted in the proper manner, will be returned without further consideration.
