REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS 3135: METRO REPLACEMENT OF FIRE ALARM SYSTEM
PORTLAND, OR
Proposals due: July 14, 2016 @ 2:00 pm
The Portland’5 Centers for the Performing Arts (Metro) is requesting proposals for a contractor to replace an existing Fire Alarm System.
Work consists of designing, permitting, bidding, and constructing/installing a new fire alarm system in Antoinette Hatfield Hall.
Two MANDATORY pre-proposal conferences will be held in the main lobby of the Antoinette Hatfield Hall, located at 1111 SW Broadway, Portland, Oregon on Tuesday June 28, 2016, at 10:30a.m. and on Thursday June 30, 2016 at 2:30 p.m. Interested proposers must attend one of the two pre-proposal conferences to be considered eligible to submit a proposal
Sealed proposals are due no later than 2:00 p.m. July 14, 2016 in Metro’s business offices at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR 97232-2736, Attention: Julie Hoffman, Procurement Analyst, RFP 3135.

Metro may accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, or waive irregularities not affecting substantial rights if such action is deemed in the public interest.
