REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP 3192: METRO ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING
SERVICES

The Parks and Nature Department of Metro, a metropolitan service district organized under the laws of the State of Oregon and the Metro Charter, located at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR 97232-2736, is requesting proposals for environmental consulting services.
Sealed proposals are due no later than 2:00 p.m., July 7, 2016, in Metro’s business offices at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR 97232-2736, Attention: Karen Slusarenko, RFP 3192.
Metro is seeking proposals from qualified firms that would be under contract to provide “on call” environmental consulting services generally relating to Metro’s real property acquisition due diligence process and potentially to other program areas of Metro. Not every Proposer need be able to provide all of the environmental consulting services listed below or in this RFP. Proposers should indicate if they have a particular specialty. In addition, Proposers should indicate if they have a particular interest in providing certain services and not others.

Metro may accept or reject any or all pro, in whole or in part, or waive irregularities not affecting substantial rights if such action is deemed in the public interest.
