You are hereby required to appear and defend the complaint filed against you in the above-entitled action within thirty (30) days from the first date of publication of the summons, and in case of your failure to do so, for want thereof, plaintiff will apply to the court for the relief demanded in the complaint.
This is an action for foreclosure concerning the real property located at 3916 SE 182nd Avenue, Gresham, Oregon 97030. Plaintiff seeks to foreclose all rights, title, and interests of the defendants in that real property.
The first date of publication of the summons: August 2, 2016.
