In the name of the State of Oregon, you are hereby required to appear and answer the complaint filed against you in the above-entitled Court and cause on or before the expiration of 30 days from the date of the first publication of this summons. The date of first publication in this matter is August 18, 2016. If you fail timely to appear and answer, plaintiff will apply to the above-entitled court for the relief prayed for in its complaint. This is a judicial foreclosure of a deed of trust in which the plaintiff requests that the plaintiff be allowed to foreclose your interest in the following described real property:
UNIT 125, ASH CREEK PARK CONDOMINIUM, AS SET FORTH IN CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION RECORDED MARCH 27, 1980 AS 80010727, TIGARD, WASHINGTON COUNTY, OREGON, TOGETHER WITH THOSE LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION, AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED FRACTIONAL OWNERSHIP OF THE GENERAL COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM AS SET FORTH IN THE SAID DECLARATION AND IN ANY SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO AS APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT.
Commonly known as: 11046 Southwest Greenburg Road Unit 125, Tigard, Oregon 97223.
