The United States’ Complaint seeks to foreclose federal tax liens against certain real property located in Multnomah County, Oregon with a street address of 35701 N.E. Chamberlain Road, Corbett, Oregon, 97019, also known as Multnomah County Property ID Number R322308 and further described in paragraphs 68 to 72 of the Complaint. The Complaint is on file with the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon. The failure of Ronald B. Talmage or Annette C. Talmage to respond may result in the loss of any interest or claim they may assert in the real property at issue or in proceeds from its sale.
