Public Notice is hereby given that the City of Sherwood City Council is scheduled to hold a public hearing on the matter below on Tuesday, December 20th, 2016 at 7:00 PM. The public hearing will be held at City Hall, 22560 SW Pine Street, Sherwood, OR 97140.
Proposal: Acceptance of the updated Transportation System Development Charge (SDC) rate methodology study, adoption of updated Transportation SDC rates, and establishment of date when the updated Transportation SDC rates become effective.

City of Sherwood Municipal Code Chapter 15.16 – System Development Charges, Sections 15.16.010 through 15.16.170
Provide your comments in writing or at the hearing:
Oral and written public comments regarding this matter may be submitted to the Engineering Department, City Hall, located at 22560 SW Pine Street, Sherwood, OR 97140. Citizens wanting written comments included in the City Council packets will want to have their comments submitted no later than Friday, December 9th, 2016. However, oral and written comments will also be accepted up to and at the hearing.
PLEASE NOTE:
This notice is to inform the public of the proposed adoption of the Transportation SDC Methodology by the City of Sherwood and serves to fulfill the 90-days’ notice to interested parties as required by ORS 223.304(6). If adopted, the proposed local Transportation SDC Methodology will go into effect for all applicable permits applied for, on or after January 1, 2017.
Notice to mortgagee, lien holder, vendor or seller: The City of Sherwood requests that you promptly forward this notice to the purchaser if this notice is received.
