NOTICE OF PROPOSED MODIFICATION TO THE
METHODOLOGY FOR CALCULATING SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT CHARGES FOR WATER, WASTEWATER, STORMWATER,
AND TRANSPORTATION SERVICES
Pursuant to ORS 223.304 (6) & (7), public notice is hereby given of the City of Molalla’s intent to change the methodology for calculating System Development Charges (SDCs) for water, wastewater, stormwater, and transportation services. A public hearing on the new methodology is scheduled before the Molalla City Council on December 14, 2016. The proposed methodology will be available for public review at the City’s web site and at Molalla city hall no later than October 14, 2016.
