INVITATION TO BID: EASTERN OREGON TRADE AND EVENT CENTER BID ISSUANCE #10A – BARNS
HERMISTON, OR

The Eastern Oregon Trade and Event Center Authority (“EOTEC”) will be accepting sealed bids from all interested bidders for the purchase of three barns (the “Project”) as part of the EOTEC project located in Hermiston, Oregon.
EOTEC is an intergovernmental entity formed under ORS chapter 190 for the purpose of, among other things, acquiring land and relocating the existing Farm-City Pro Rodeo, Umatilla County Fairgrounds and Umatilla County 4-H from their current location in the City of Hermiston. Frew Development Group, LLC (“FDG”) is the project manager for EOTEC and its subcontractor, Knerr Construction, Inc. (“Knerr”) is the general contractor for the Project. Knerr will receive the sealed bids on behalf of EOTEC. The successful bidder will be contracted through EOTEC. This Project is being executed as a pre-engineered building delivered to the site procurement method.
Bid documents (including but not limited to the contract terms and conditions and drawings and specifications) will be available for examination on or about October 4, 2016 at the following location:
