NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the City of Metolius Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on November 7, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at the Metolius City Hall, 636 Jefferson Ave., Metolius Oregon 97741. The purpose of the hearing is to consider testimony regarding the zone change application for the following properties:

111328AC0600 – 324 Washington Avenue
111328AC1300 – 428 Washington Avenue
111328AC1200 – 486 Washington Avenue
111328AC4000 – 108 5th Street
111328AC3900 – 536 Washington Avenue
111328AC3900 – 550 Washington Avenue
111328AC3800 – 105 6th Street
These properties have an existing/prior non-conforming use – house on commercial property. The applicants are requesting to amend the zone classification regarding the above properties from commercial to residential.
