METRO DIVISION TRANSIT PROJECT NEPA SERVICES

Metro, a metropolitan service district organized under the laws of the State of Oregon and the Metro Charter, located at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR 97232-2736, is requesting proposals for Division Transit Project National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Services.
The selected Contractor(s) shall provide Division Transit Project NEPA services including two major tasks areas and coordination with one other task:
1. NEPA Project Management and Strategic Guidance
2. National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Assistance, development of NEPA deliverables
3. Coordination with and support of Communications and Public Involvement Tasks (led by TriMet and Metro)
At this time, the project is assumed to fall under the Documented Categorical Exclusion (DCE) NEPA class of action.
Sealed proposals are due no later than 2:00 p.m. January 11, 2017 in Metro’s business offices at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR 97232-2736, Attention: Julie Hoffman, Procurement Analyst, RFP 3262.

Metro may accept or reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, or waive irregularities not affecting substantial rights if such action is deemed in the public interest.
