The City is proposing to amend the Planned Unit Development (PUD) requirements of the Development Code to improve the process and requirements for PUDs throughout the City and to incorporate provisions related to PUDs in the South Cooper Mountain Community Plan Area. The updates may affect all chapters of the Development Code. The proposal applies city wide.
