CITY OF GLADSTONE
A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the City of Gladstone, Clackamas County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budgets for the fiscal year July 1, 2013 to June 30, 2014 will be held at Gladstone City Hall, 525 Portland Avenue, Gladstone, Oregon 97027 on Tuesday, May 21, 2013 beginning at 7:30 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget messages and to receive comment from the public on the budgets. A copy of the budget documents may be inspected or obtained on or after May 8, 2013 at Gladstone City Hall 525 Portland Avenue, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. A copy of the budget is also available on the City of Gladstone website www.ci.gladstone.or.us. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee.

The regular monthly meeting of the Board of Directors for Clackamas Fire District #1 will be held on Monday, May 20, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. Agenda items include requesting board approval for: Proclamation 13-02 – Designating the Week of June 16-22, 2013 as the International Fire/EMS Safety and Health Week and Resolution 13-02 – Ratifying a Program for Self Fire Inspection for Clackamas Fire District #1. This meeting will be followed by an Executive Session regarding labor negotiations pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(d). These meetings will be held at the Mt. Scott Fire Station located at 9339 SE Causey Avenue, Happy Valley.
