NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING
A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Sherwood School District to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2015, will be held at Middleton Elementary School, Media Center, 23505 SW Old Hwy 99W, Sherwood, OR 97140. The meeting will take place on Tuesday, April 29, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and make comments on the proposed budget to the Budget Committee.
A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after Monday, April 28, 2014 at the District Office, 23295 SW Main Street, Sherwood, between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. At the same time, a copy of the budget document will also available on the District’s website: www.sherwood.k12.or.us
In the event that the Budget Committee meeting is continued to a future date, the following days and times have been tentatively reserved:
Monday, May 5, 2014 – 6:00 p.m. – Middleton Elementary School, Media Center
Wednesday, May 7, 2014 – 6:00 p.m. – Middleton Elementary School, Media Center
Please call the District Office after April 29, 2014 to determine if additional meetings will be held.

Public Notice of Open House
For the Transportation System Plan (TSP) Update
An OPEN HOUSE for Sherwood’s Transportation System Plan (TSP) update will be held at Sherwood City Hall (Community Room), located at 22560 SW Pine Street, on Thursday, February 13, 2014 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The open house will summarize initial evaluation results of the transportation projects and alternatives. These results will be used to identify and prioritize future transportation improvements in Sherwood. City and consultant staff will be available to gather feedback and answer questions about the TSP process and work completed to date. Interested parties are encouraged to attend and participate to help guide and shape the outcome of the plan and to make it a success.
