HVAC, LLC, applicant, is requesting Major Design Review approval of a 168-unit multifamily residential development, named “The Ridge at the Crossing”. Notice is hereby given that the City of Happy Valley Planning Commission and City Council will hold public hearings on the following dates in regard to proposed amendments to Title 16 of the City’s Municipal Code (Development Code).
