Odelia Pacific, applicant, is requesting approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow for the construction of a wireless communication facility on an approximately 5.78-acre parcel of land located at 14915 SE 172nd Avenue. This wireless communication facility is proposed to consist of a 150-foot monopole or tower (built to 120 feet, with a 30-foot extension proposed to occur in the future), an equipment shelter, a 50’ x 50’ fenced enclosure (surrounded by a 10-foot wide landscaped buffer), an access drive and single vehicular parking stall.
