Pursuant to Section 50.45.4 of the Beaverton Development Code, public notice of the following development application is being provided:
DR2011-0064(Canyon Road 76 Station Convenience Store)
The applicant, Pacific NW Petroleum, Inc, is seeking approval by the Planning Commission to construct a new 2,000 square foot, one-story convenience store.  The existing service station canopy will remain and no changes to the existing gas station operations are proposed.
The site is located on the Northeast corner of Lombard Ave and Canyon Rd at 12075 SW Canyon Road. The site is also described as Tax Lot 00200 on the Washington County Tax Assessor’s Map 1S115BB.  The total site occupies approximately.38 acres.
To be addressed in the staff report and decision, written comments on the above development proposal shall be submitted no later than 4:30 p.m. on Friday, October 19, 2011.  Mailed written comments shall be sent to the Planning Division, PO Box 4755, Beaverton, OR 97076.  Written comments submitted in person shall be delivered to the Planning Division, 2nd Floor, Beaverton City Hall, 4755 SW Griffith Drive.
The decision-making authority for the above application is the Planning Commission. Pursuant to Section 50.45.4 of the Beaverton Development Code, public notice of the following development application is being provided:
LD 2011-0008 — Fanno Creek Trail Tree Removal
The applicant, Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District (THRPD), is seeking Tree Plan Two approval to remove ten (10) additional trees from Significant Natural Resource Area SNRA #18 and Significant Grove G11. The total DBH of trees proposed to be removed with this application is 125 inches. The applicant proposes to remove three trees for a total of thirty-two (32) inches; and will attempt to retain the remaining seven (7) trees totaling ninety-three (93) inches of DBH which may potentially be impacted by trail construction. Trail location and previous land use approvals are not affected by this proposal.  The site is located along the rear of the properties between 10420 Allen Blvd and 9600 SW Allen Blvd. The site is described by the Washington County Assessor as Map 1S123 BB, Tax Lots 500, 300, 800, Map 1S123 BA, Tax Lot 1000 and Map 1S123 BD, Tax Lots 2500, 100.  The project area is approximately 2.22 acres.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The City of Lake Oswego Planning Commission will hold a public hearing in the City Council Chamber located in Lake Oswego City Hall at 380 A Avenue on Monday, October 10, 2011, 6:30 p.m.  The Commission will consider LU 11-0028, a request from the City of Lake Oswego for amendments to the Lake Oswego Community Development Code (CDC) to limit the sizes of specified retail uses in the Mixed Commerce (MC) and Industrial Park (IP) zones.
Proposed amendments to the CDC will bring the City into compliance with Title 4 of Metro’s Urban Grown Management Functional Plan.  The MC and IP zones are located within an Employment District on Metro’s Title 4 map.
The following uses would not be allowed to exceed 20,000 sq. ft. of floor area in the MC Zone:
• Delicatessens with no table service.
• Specialized food stores.
• Bakeries (where baked foods manufactured elsewhere are sold on the premises).
• Restaurants (with or without associated lounge).
• A bar or cocktail lounge not associated with a restaurant use with retail malt beverage license.
The following uses would not be allowed to exceed 20,000 sq. ft. of floor area in the IP Zone:
• Incidental retail uses.
• Retail establishments which directly and primarily provide goods and services to employees and businesses.
• Retail sales of tires, batteries and motor vehicle accessories.
A copy of the proposed amendments is on file in the Planning & Building Services Department at City Hall.  Since the time allowed for public testimony is limited, you are urged to review the record and be thoroughly familiar with it if you plan to testify.

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the two-year period for the redemption of real properties included in the 2009 delinquent tax lien foreclosure proceedings instituted by Clackamas County, Oregon on August 27, 2009, in the Circuit Court of the State of Oregon for Clackamas County, Suit Number CCV09080767, and included in the judgment entered therein on October 22, 2009, will expire on October 22, 2011.  All properties ordered sold under said judgment, unless redeemed on or before October 24, 2011, will be deeded to Clackamas County, Oregon, immediately on expiration of said period of redemption, and every right and interest of any person in such properties will be forfeited forever to Clackamas County, Oregon.
