Lake Grove Water District
The Lake Grove Water District Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing to receive public comment and testimony regarding a proposed water rate increase that, if approved, would take effect on July 1, 2012. The public hearing will be part of the Board’s meeting agenda. NOTICE OF APPLICATION

Pursuant to Section 50.45.4 of the Beaverton Development Code, public notice of the following development application is being provided:
DR2012-0037, LD2012-0001, SDM2012-0001
Timberland Area G Multifamily Residential
The City has reached tentative approval for the following application. The public record will be held open until Wednesday June 20, 2012. The applicant, Polygon Northwest, is seeking Design Review Type Two, Replat Type Two, and a Sidewalk Design Modification approval to construct a 336 unit multifamily residential development. The proposed 336 unit residential development will be comprised of seventeen residential buildings, one clubhouse/leasing building, and associated site improvements. The applicant proposes to replat two existing parcels into four parcels and two tracts. A Sidewalk Design Modification is sought for reductions to the planter area width along streets. For more details please see the plans available at City Hall. The site is located near the northwest corner of the intersection of SW Barnes Road and NW 118th Avenue. The site is described by the Washington County Assessor as Map 1N134CC, Tax Lots 300, 400, 500, and 600. The subject site area is approximately 21.9 acres.
To be addressed in the staff report, written comments on the above development proposal shall be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 20, 2012. Mailed written comments shall be sent to the Planning Division, PO Box 4755, Beaverton, OR 97076. NOTICE OF APPLICATION

Pursuant to Section 50.40.4 of the Beaverton Development Code, public notice of the following development application is being provided:
ADJ2012-0001 / WF2012-0001
(AT&T Wireless Modifications at 12555 SW 22nd St, Church of the Nazarene)
The applicant requests approval of a Minor Adjustment to increase the height of an existing wireless facility. The maximum height for wireless communication facilities in the R7 zone is eighty feet. Adjustments up to and including 10% of the maximum height require approval of a Minor Adjustment. The applicant proposes to increase the height of the existing 80-foot monopole an additional eight feet, or 10%, for a total height of eighty-eight feet. The applicant also requests approval of a Wireless Facility Two application to add three new antennas by relocating three existing antennas above eighty feet. The applicant proposes to contain all ancillary equipment within the existing equipment shelter. No tree removal is proposed in conjunction with the modifications described above.
The subject site is located at 12555 SW 22nd Street on the northwest corner of SW 22nd Street and SW Hall Boulevard. The site is described as Tax Lot 102 on Washington County Tax Assessor’s Map 1S1-21AD. The total site occupies approximately 8.69 acres.
To be addressed in the staff report, written comments on the above development proposal shall be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 20, 2012. Planning Division staff will forward a recommendation to the Director on the above application based on its conformity to the approval criteria specified in Sections 40.10.15.1.C Minor Adjustment and 40.96.15.2.C Wireless Facility Two of the Development Code. The decision-making authority for the above application is the Director. Any decision on the above development application shall be based on these Approval Criteria.
Pursuant to Section 50.40.10, the Director shall issue a written decision on the above development application on Wednesday, June 27, 2012.
