Reference is made to a certain trust deed (“Trust Deed”) made, executed and delivered by Darin R. Crosby, an estate in fee simple, as grantor, to Ticor Title, as trustee, in favor of St. Helens Community Federal Credit Union, as beneficiary, dated July 13, 2007, and recorded on July 18, 2007, as Recording No. 2007-009429, in the mortgage records of Columbia County, Oregon.  The Trust Deed was modified by instrument recorded on March 13, 2009 as Recording No. 2009-002631.
The Trust Deed covers the following described real property (“Property”) situated in said county and state, to-wit:

The West Linn City Council is scheduled to hold a public hearing on Monday, August 13, 2012, starting at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 22500 Salamo Road, West Linn, to consider a request by Willamette Christian Church for a one-year Temporary Use Permit for a youth community center and possible church related activities at 22220 Salamo Road, a unit in the Cascade Summit shopping center. The center is located on tax lots 900 and 906 of Clackamas County Assessor’s Map 2-1E-26D.

Temporary Use criteria are found in Chapter 35 of the West Linn Community Development Code (CDC).  Approval or disapproval of the request by the City Council will be based upon these criteria and these criteria only.  At the hearing, it is important that comments relate specifically to the applicable criteria listed.

Water System Rate Increases

Notice is hereby given that a public meeting will be held before the City of Beaverton City Council in the Council Chambers, located at 4755 SW Griffith Drive, Beaverton, Oregon on Tuesday August 14, 2012 at 6:30 p.m. on the following:

Review and adoption of an 11% increase in the Water Base (Meter) Charge beginning September 1, 2012.  The Water Base rate for the average 3/4 or 5/8 inch residential meter will increase by $1.00 per month from the current $9.00 per month to $10.00 per month, which is equivalent to an increase of $12.00 per year.

Review and adoption of an 8% increase in the Water Consumption Rate beginning September 1, 2012.  The consumption rate will increase by 20 cents from the current $2.47 per CCF to $2.67 per CCF (a CCF is 100 cubic feet of water which is equivalent to 748 gallons).  The effect of the increase on single-family residence that uses 8 CCF of water per month would be $1.60 a month or $19.20 per year.

The City Council invites testimony from interested citizens on this matter.  Public Hearings are conducted in accordance with adopted procedures for these meetings.
