Pursuant to Section 50.40.4 of the Beaverton Development Code, public notice of the following development application is being provided:
LD2012-0020 (Hocken Lanphere Partition)
The applicant is seeking approval of a 2-Lot Preliminary Partition application for the creation of two lots in the RC-TO zoning district from the area comprised of five tax lots. The subject site is located at 4000 SW Hocken Avenue which contains one existing building and associated parking areas to remain on proposed Parcel 1. No development is proposed in association with this Land Division application.
To be addressed in the staff report, written comments on the above development proposal shall be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 16, 2013.  Mailed written comments shall be sent to the Development Services Division, PO Box 4755, Beaverton, OR 97076.  Written comments submitted in person shall be delivered to the Development Services Division, 2nd Floor, Beaverton City Hall, 4755 SW Griffith Drive.
The decision-making authority for the above application is the Director.  Any decision on the above development application shall be based on the Approval Criteria contained in Section 40.25 of the Beaverton Development Code.
Pursuant to Section 50.40.10, the Director shall issue a written decision on the above development application on or around Wednesday, January 23, 2013.  Copies of the staff report will be made on the City’s website or may be purchased at the Planning Division Counter for a reasonable cost.
