The City of Lake Oswego Development Review Commission will hold a public hearing in the City Hall Council Chamber at 380 A Avenue, Lake Oswego, Oregon on Monday, Monday 4, 2013, at 7:00 p.m. to consider the following application:
LU 12-0057: State of Oregon, Oregon Military Department and The Park Foundation are requesting approval of Resource Conservation (RC) and Resource Protection (RP) district delineations, RC Protection Area determination, a Reasonable Accommodation Variance and Conditional Use and Development Review permits for a 120-student private school.

LU 12-0042: GTK Property Management, LLC, and Psihogios Properties, LLC are requesting approval of a Development Review Permit for construction of a new commercial building, including three major adjustments to the Lake Grove Village Center Standards:

* Reduction in percentage of storefront window requirement along the building frontage on Douglas Way
* Reduction to parking lot landscaping requirements in several areas, including width of landscaped islands (more than 20%) within the parking lot and adjacent to the pedestrian walkway
* Elimination of trees and/or shrubs in several parking lot landscaped islands

The applicants are also requesting approval to remove 11 trees to accommodate the development.
