Clackamas County Housing and Community Development (HCD) Division
intends to amend the HCD Citizen Participation Plan:

Citizen Participation Plan 2017 to 2021

The HCD Citizen Participation Plan purpose is to provide a framework to guide Clackamas County’s efforts to encourage citizen participation in the process governing the County’s community planning and development programs. Housing and Community Development (HCD) programs include: the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), the Emergency Solutions Grant (HESG), the HOME Investment Partnership (HOME), and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA). The HCD programs are all funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and governed by federal regulations.

The Citizen participation Plan has been amended to include references to the Assessment of Fair Housing process, Fair Housing goals and public comment periods regarding the 2017-2021 Fair Housing Plan.
