NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING
A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the City of Sherwood and Sherwood Urban Renewal District, Washington County, State of Oregon to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017 will be held at 22560 SW Pine St, Sherwood, OR. The meeting will take place on Thursday May 12, 2016 from 6:00 – 9:00 pm. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after April 29, 2016 at 22560 SW Pine St, Sherwood, OR between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, or on the city website at www.sherwoodoregon.gov. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee.
The second meeting for Budget Committee deliberations is scheduled to be held at 22560 SW Pine St., Sherwood, OR on Thursday May 19, 2016 from 6:00 – 9:00 pm. Public comment may be accepted at this meeting. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place.
A third meeting for Budget Committee deliberations is scheduled to be held at 22560 SW Pine St., Sherwood, OR on Thursday May 26, 2016 from 6:00 – 9:00 pm. Public comment may be accepted at this meeting. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. This third meeting is a place holder if additional time is needed to approve the budget and may be cancelled.
