NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING
There will be a public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Estacada Rural Fire District No. 69, Clackamas County, Oregon to discuss the budget for the fiscal year of July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017. It will be held at the Main Fire Station, located at 261 SE 5th Avenue, Estacada, Oregon. The meeting will take place on Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at 7:00 pm.
The purpose of this meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget.
This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee.
A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after May 5, 2016 at 445 SE Currin Street, Estacada, Oregon 97023, between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
