1837 Manchester Ct. and adjacent City-owned property
The City of West Linn determined that the following violation of the Community Development Code Chapter 32 had been committed on the subject property:
Construction activities, including clearing, revegetation, and bank stabilization within a designated water resource area, within a platted conservation easement and on City-owned property without authorization or permits.
In accordance with West Linn Community Development Code Section 106.045, the owners of the property and the Planning Director have entered into a Consent Order to abate the violations. The Consent Order includes fees to be paid to the City as well as conditions to ensure full abatement and full compliance with all provisions of the Code. A copy of the Consent Order is available at the City of West Linn City Hall, 22500 Salamo Road, West Linn, OR 97068 for inspection at no cost, or copies can be obtained for a minimal charge per page.

Any person not a part to the Consent Order may appeal the Order to the City Council under the provisions of Chapter 99 of the Community Development Code. An appeal must be filed with the City within 14 days of the mailing of this Notice, as identified below.
