PUBLIC NOTICE
The U.S. Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration (EDA) is considering a request from the City of Tigard for Federal assistance to construct the Hunziker Infrastructure Project in the city of Tigard, Washington County, Oregon. Pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA), EDA is conducting an assessment of the potential of the proposed project to affect the environment and/or historic properties.
The road and utility project will be located at the intersection of Hunziker Street and Wall Street in Tigard Oregon. Project information is available for review at the Community Development Office, Tigard City Hall, 13125 SW Hall Blvd, Tigard, OR. Phone number 503-718-2442.

Comments received in the EDA Regional Office by 5:00 pm on June 24, 2016 will be considered. A copy of the NEPA/NHPA decisional document will be available upon request at the above EDA Regional office.
