SERVICE BY PUBLICATION OF THIRD ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE RE:
TEMPORARY CUSTODY, PARENTING TIME AND CHILD SUPPORT

In the Matter of:

BERNABE ASCENCIO, JR.,

TO: BERNABE ASCENCIO, JR., THE ABOVE NAMED RESPONDENT.

This is a family law matter, in which Jane U. Navarro, the above-named Petitioner, has filed a Petition in the above-entitled Court, to establish custody, parenting time and child support, for JORDAN ALEXANDER ASCENCIO, the minor child of the parties in this matter. You may review the entire Petition, which is on file in the above-entitled Court, or you may request a copy from the Attorney for the Petitioner.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Respondent, BERNABE ASCENCIO, JR., appear before the above-named court at the Multnomah County Courthouse, located at 1021 SW Fourth Avenue, Portland, OR 97204-1123, on the 15th day of August, 2016 at 9:00 a.m., for case assignment, and on the 16th day of August, 2016 at (TBD) a.m. / p.m. for hearing, to show cause, if any, why the court should not enter the following orders:
1. Entering an order of this court as to child support in favor of Petitioner, and against Respondent;
2. Entering an order of this court granting Petitioner temporary sole care, custody and control of JORDAN ALEXANDER ASCENCIO, the minor child of parties, while this matter is pending;
3. Entering an order of this court as to parenting time, while this matter is pending; and
4. Entering a judgment against Respondent for payment of Petitioner’s costs and disbursements, including reasonable attorney fees incurred, pursuant to ORS 107.097.

NOTICE TO RESPONDENT
If you object to any of the requests in the attached motion you must file a written response setting out what requests you oppose, with the court, and serve a copy of that response upon the other party’s attorney, if they are represented. You must pay any filing fee required by law or obtain a court order waiving or deferring fees when you file the response. The written response must be filed no later than thirty (30) days after this Order has been served on you. ORS 107.135(1). If you do not file a response within the time allowed, the court may order the relief requested by the other party, without further notice to you. THE DATE OF FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS ORDER IS MAY 31, 2016.
