The purpose of this Notice is to invite you to a Public Hearing at a Planning Commission meeting on Monday, July 11, 2016 at 7 pm in the City Council Chambers, 155 NW 2nd Ave to review the following applications:
• SUB 16-02 Charlie Clark – Subdivision application to develop a 6 lot subdivision suitable for single family dwellings, consistent with R-1 zoning standards, located South of 1509 N Oak St, West of N. Oak St between NE 14th & 16th Ave.
• DR 16-03 Scott 2004 Family L.P. – Site & Design Review application for a proposed multi-tenant Commercial Building which is expected to be leased to Restaurants and Retail Use Tenants in a Commercial Manufacturing zone located at 851 & 909 SW First Ave.
