NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Board of County Commissioners for Columbia County, Oregon, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 3, 2016, at or after 10:00 a.m. in the Board of County Commissioners’ Meeting Room, Room 308, 230 Strand Street, St. Helens, Oregon.

The purpose of the hearing is to consider the application of Brian Rosenthal for a Zoning Map Amendment to rezone a 2.3 acre parcel from Rural Residential (RR-5) to Highway Commercial (C-5) that has been designated for commercial uses by the City of Scappoose’s Comprehensive Plan.

The subject property being considered for this map amendment is located at 50861 Columbia River Highway, Scappoose, Oregon and described in the County Assessor’s records at Tax Account #3224-000-01404.
