INVITATION TO BID: WIND RIVER
BUSINESS PARK WATER PROJECT
SKAMANIA COUNTY, WA

Sealed bids for the Wind River Business Park Water Project will be received by the Finance Manager of the Port of Skamania County, up to the hour of 4:00 p.m. PPT on August 25, 2016, and publicly opened and read aloud at 4:05 p.m. PPT on August 25, 2016 in the Port Administrative Offices located at 212 SW Cascade Avenue, Stevenson, WA 98648 to:
Provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment and perform all work and related activities constructing: approximately 1400 lineal feet of waterline (2″ to 12″) with valves and fittings; a 12’x18′ wood-framed control building with piping, hydro-pneumatic tanks, valves, chlorination, pump controls and electrical service; and installing two submersible pumps, drop pipe, airline, fittings and wiring in an existing well and all other appurtenant work to complete the Wind River Business Park (WRBP) Water Project in the Wind River Business Park in Stabler, Washington.
Bid documents and specifications for this project may be examined and/or obtained on or after the hour of 4:00 p.m. PPT on August 3, 2016 at the office of Tenneson Engineering Corp.: 3775 Crates Way; The Dalles, OR 97058 and may be examined at the Port office: 212 SW Cascade Avenue; Stevenson, WA 98648. Electronic copies of the bid documents may be requested from Tenneson Engineering at no cost. Requests must be emailed to: KBish@tennesoneng. com in order to be placed on the planholders list. Hard copies are available upon payment of a non-refundable fee in the amount of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) for each set with a 24 to 48 hour printing and delivery timeframe.
A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 2:00 p.m. PPT on August 11, 2016 at the Site accessed via Hemlock Road.
All bids shall be addressed to the attention of the Finance Manager, Port of Skamania County, 212 SW Cascade Avenue; Stevenson, WA 98648 and placed in a sealed envelope that clearly identifies the project ID, project title, and the name of the bidder. Bids may also be mailed to the Port at: P.O. Box 1099, Stevenson, WA 98648. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier’s check, or bid bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid price without condition or limitation.
No bidder may withdraw his/her bid after the hour set for the opening thereof unless the award of contract is delayed for a period exceeding sixty (60) days. The Port of Skamania County reserves the right to reject all bids submitted and waive any informalities or irregularities in any bid.
