NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING

The City of Tigard Budget Committee will meet Monday, April 23, 2012 at 6:30 p.m. at the Public Works Auditorium, 8777 SW Burnham St., Tigard.  The purpose of the meeting is to receive the fiscal year 2012-2013 budget message from the City Manager and to begin deliberation of the fiscal year 2012-2013 proposed budget. The deliberations will include discussions of the use of State Revenue Sharing funds.  Future meetings to discuss the 2012-13 fiscal year budget proposal are scheduled for April 30th, and, if needed, May 7th and May 14th, in the Public Works Auditorium.

The meetings are open to the public.  Copies of the fiscal year 2012-13 proposed budget will be available at each meeting and may be reviewed between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. at Tigard City Hall at 13125 SW Hall Blvd., beginning Monday, April 16, 2012. A copy will also be available at the City of Tigard Library. The proposed budget will also be located on the city’s website at http://www.tigard-or.gov/city_hall/departments/finance/default.asp .
