If you fail to appear or defend, plaintiff will apply to the court for judgment of foreclosure in rem, foreclosing all of your right, title and interest in the property commonly known as 18050 NW Avalon Drive, Portland, Oregon, declaring as immediately due and owing all sums under the promissory note and mortgage, including principal and interest, attorney fees and other recoverable costs and expenses, as well as costs and disbursements incurred in this case and declaring the amount of the judgment to be a lien against the real property.
