NOTICE OF APPLICATION Pursuant to Section 50.40.4 of the Beaverton Development Code, public notice of the following development application is being provided: LYNNFIELD LANE SUBDIVISION LD2016-0028 TP2016-0012 SDM2017-0004 The applicant requests Preliminary Subdivision, Sidewalk Design Modification, and Tree Plan Two approval for a proposed residential ten lot subdivision. The site is currently developed with one single family home, and is located at 11775 SW Lynnfield Lane, Tax Lots 11400 of Washington County Assessor’s Map 1S110BD. The site is zoned R7 Residential Urban Standard Density District (R7), and is within the Central Beaverton Neighborhood Association Committee. Any decision on the above development proposal shall be based on the Approval Criteria contained in the following sections of Development Code of the Beaverton Development Code: 40.03 Facilities Review, 40.45.15.5.C Preliminary Subdivision, 40.58.15.1.C Sidewalk Design Modification, and 40.90.15.2.C Tree Plan. The Facilities Review Committee Meeting with the applicant will be held Wednesday, June 7, 2017. The Facilities Review Committee is not a decision-making body but advises the Director on a project’s conformity to the technical criteria specified in Section 40.03 of the Development Code of the City of Beaverton. The Facilities Review Committee meeting is open to the public, but is not intended for public testimony. Written comments on the above development proposal shall be submitted no later than 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 7, 2017, in order to be addressed in the staff report. Failure to raise an issue or failure to provide statements or evidence with sufficient specificity to afford the decision-making authority an opportunity to respond to such issue, may preclude appeal to the Land Use Board of Appeals on that issue. Mailed written comments shall be sent to the Current Planning Division, PO Box 4755, Beaverton, OR 97076. Written comments submitted in person shall be delivered to the Planning Division, 4th Floor, the Beaverton Building, 12725 SW Millikan Way, between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays. The Director is the decision-making authority for the above application and shall issue a written decision on the above development proposal on or around Wednesday, June 21, 2017, pursuant to Section 50.40.10.
