NOTICE OF APPLICATION Pursuant to Section 50.45.4 of the Beaverton Development Code, public notice of the following development application is being provided: EXT 2017-0001 (Cascade Brewing First Time Extension) The applicant, Cascade Brewing, is seeking a time extension for a previously approved 3,640 building addition (DR2015-0014, ADJ2015-0003), located at 6770 SW 111th Avenue. The applicant is requesting the extensions due to current economic factors that are limiting the applicant’s ability to complete the project in the original time frame. The site is also described as Tax Lot 11500 on the Washington County Tax Assessor’s Map 1S-122AC. The existing approvals expire on September 16, 2017. The extension requests, if approved would extend the expiration date of the original approvals by two (2) years to September 16, 2019. No changes to the originally approved applications are being proposed. To be addressed in the staff report and decision, written comments on the above development proposal shall be submitted no later than 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, November 1, 2017. Mailed written comments shall be sent to the Planning Division, PO Box 4755, Beaverton, OR 97076. Written comments submitted in person shall be delivered to the Planning Division, 4th Floor, Beaverton City Hall, 12725 SW Millikan Way. The decision-making authority for the above application is the Director. Any decision on the above development application shall be based on the Approval Criteria contained in Extension of a Decision: Beaverton Development Code Section 50.93. Pursuant to Section 50.45.18, within seven (7) calendar days from the date the decision making authority adopts a land use order, the Director shall cause the order to be signed, dated, and mailed to the applicant and the property owner.
