IN THE MATTER OF CIVIL FORFEITURE OF: (1) $21,006 in US Currency was seized on or about November 15, 2017, from Justin Tyler Dye and Jennifer Mary Reid at or near 9723 NE Sandy Blvd., Apt. #248, Portland, OR. PPB Case No. 17-375898. (2) $3,000 in US Currency was seized on or about November 23, 2017, from Christopher Lee Fish at or near the intersection of SE 50th Avenue and SE Ogden Street, Portland OR. PPB Case No. 17-385749. (3) $1,875 in US Currency was seized on or about December 6, 2017, from Alberto Garcia Santiago at or near 9707 SE Stark Street, Portland OR. PPB Case No. 17-403813. (4) $10,645 in US Currency, and a 2008 Chrysler 300 with Oregon license #597 EDV, were seized on or about December 7, 2017, from Gregory Milton Brown at or near 7077 NE 8th Avenue, Portland OR. PPB Case No. 17-804742. CIVIL FORFEITURE: The above described property was seized for civil forfeiture on the date(s) indicated by the Portland Police Bureau as a result of a criminal investigation identified by the listed case number. The property is subject to forfeiture pursuant to ORS 131A.020 as proceeds/instrumentalities and/or conveyances of prohibited conduct inasmuch as the property is proceeds and/or was used in committing or facilitating the violation of, solicitation to violate, attempt to violate, or conspiracy to violate the criminal laws of the State of Oregon as set forth in ORS Chapter 131A and/or as set forth in Portland City Code 14B.50. FORFEITURE means that the property will be transferred to the government, and persons with any interest in the property will be deprived of that interest without compensation because of the use or acquisition of the property in or through prohibited conduct as defined in ORS Chapter 131A.
