NELSON, WENDY K. NELSON as Grantor, to CHICAGO TITLE INSURANCE as Trustee, in favor of FIRST TECH CREDIT UNION as Beneficiary. Dated July 14, 2005, Recorded July 15, 2005 as Instr.
