NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
On the 15th day of March, 2013, at the hour of 10:00 A.M. in accordance with O.R.S. 187.110, inside the main entrance to the Clackamas County Courthouse located at 807 Main St., Oregon City, OR, (handicap accessible) I will sell at Public Auction to the highest bidder, subject to redemption, for cash or certified check all of the right, title, claim and interest of the within named judgment debtors in the following described real property located in Clackamas County, Oregon to-wit:
Unit No. 128, Tanglewood Hills Condominium, Stage 2, in the City of Lake Oswego, County of Clackamas, State of Oregon. Together with an undivided interest in and to the common elements appertaining to said unit as set forth in the Declaration of Unit Ownership made pursuant to the Oregon Condominium Act, recorded June 2, 2001, Recording Number 2001-041144.
More commonly known as 4 Touchstone Drive #128, Lake Oswego, Oregon 97035
Said sale is made under a Writ of Execution issued out of the Circuit Court of the State of Oregon for the County of Clackamas to me directed in the case of:

SHAWN BENSON AKA SHAWN M. BENSON; MOUNTAIN PARK HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION; TANGLEWOOD HILLS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION; AND OCCUPANTS OF THE PREMISES, Defendants
