NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned has filed a Petition to Determine Claims of Creditors of Nontestamentary Trust Settlor in the above-entitled matter. The Settlor, Clara Anna Aaberg, died on July 31, 2009. All persons having claims against the trust estate are required to present them, with vouchers attached, to the undersigned trustee c/o Michael M. Moore, Moore & Ballard, at 2002 Pacific Avenue, Forest Grove, Oregon 97116, within four months after the date of first publication of this notice, or the claims may be barred.
