The committee undertakes projects and advises the Port’s staff and the Port Commission on a variety of matters relating to the Marina. It meets every month at 5:30 p.m. on the first Tuesday of the month, at the Port Office (100 E St., Columbia City).

The Port of St. Helens is seeking bids for the purchase of two aircraft that it now owns at the Scappoose Industrial Airpark. Both aircraft will be sold as a single package to the highest bidder, and must be removed from the premises immediately unless other acceptable arrangements are made with the Port. NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING

A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Port of St. Helens, Columbia County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016, will be held at the Columbia City Elementary School, 2000 2nd Street, Columbia City, Oregon. The meeting will take place on Wednesday May 13, 2015 at 10:00 am.

The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after May 7, at 100 E. Street, Columbia City, Oregon, between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm; and a copy is available on the Port’s website at www.portsh.org.

This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee.
