Bienestar, Inc, a non-profit housing developer is seeking qualified firms to provide Construction Manager/General Contractor (CMGC) services for two new construction mixed-use projects. Benessere Village is a mixed-use senior housing project in Hillsboro, Oregon. Cornelius Place is a mixed-use public library and senior housing project in Cornelius, Oregon. There will be a non-mandatory site tour of both projects on Wednesday May 15, 2013 at 9 a.m. starting at the Benessere Village site, 173 NE 3rd Ave., Hillsboro, OR 97214. In order to be considered for one or both of these projects, interested parties must submit a complete proposal addressed to Bienestar and delivered to the City of Cornelius City Hall – City Administration Reception, 1355 N. Barlow St. Cornelius, OR 97113 no later than 2:00 p.m. Thursday May 23, 2013. Notice is hereby given that the Owner, City of Scappoose, will receive sealed bids for:
2013 SE 6th St. Paving according to the Drawings and Project Manual and accepted by the Owner and described in general as:
Paving and ADA access improvements on SE 6th St. in the City of Scappoose, consisting of removal and replacement of asphalt, taper grinding, overlaying of approximately 7,564 square yards of roadway, removal and replacement of eighteen ADA ramps, and striping and pavement markings on SE 6th St. and SE Frederick St.

Pre-Bid Conference. An OPTIONAL pre-bid conference is planned for this project on Tuesday May 7 at 1:00 PM. Meet at the intersection of SE 6th and High School Way. Bidders may also view the project site without an appointment.
Bid Opening. Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time) on

Bids received after the stated date and time will not be accepted. No Facsimiles will be accepted. The submittal envelope shall be marked, “Bid for Scappoose 2013 SE 6th St. Paving” or similar wording. A public bid opening will be held shortly after closing in the Scappoose City Council Chambers. Interested parties are invited to attend.
In accordance with State law, first tier subcontractor forms are due two (2) hours after the bid closing time.
Bid Security. Prospective bidders shall enclose with each Bid a surety bond, cashier’s check, or certified check of the Bidder, made payable to the City of Scappoose, for 5 percent (5%) of the Bid as Bid Security. The bid bond/check shall be given as a guarantee that the bidder will execute the contract, if it be awarded, in conformance with the Contract Documents and shall provide the surety and bonds as specified herein within fifteen (150 days after notification of award of contract to the bidder.
Oregon Public Contracting Laws. Bidders are required to comply with applicable bidding and contracting procedures and all applicable State of Oregon Public Works contracting rules and regulations.
Owner Reservations. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bid.

The City of Lake Oswego is soliciting proposals for the operation of the Lake Oswego Golf Course café/snack bar at the Lake Oswego Golf Course, 17525 SW Stafford Road, Lake Oswego, OR. Proposals are sought for the operation of a food and beverage café / snack bar concession that will provide a healthy and customer-responsive food and beverage menu for golf course patrons. Seasonal hours of operation are permitted. The term of the concession is one year, with the option of up to 4 additional annual renewals.
