The Port of St. Helens is seeking proposals for a commercial interior remodeling project for Building D at the Multnomah Industrial Park in St. Helens. The work includes carpentry, insulation, drywall and paint. Interested parties may obtain the RFP from the Port’s website,; from Miriam House at the Port Offices located at 100 E. 1.    Notice is hereby given that the Owner, City of Columbia     City, will receive sealed bids for construction of the:
Sewer System Improvements according to the Drawings     and Project Manual and accepted by the Owner and     described in general as:
1) Apply resilient lining to 24 sanitary sewer manholes.
2) Complete electrical service upgrades, pump upgrades, and piping improvements to the     River Club Estates.
3) Abandon in-place 16 septic tanks, install tank bypass piping.
4) Remove and replace 1 septic tank.
5) Remove and replace approximately 1,100 feet of 4-inch sanitary sewer lateral.
6) Pipe burst approximately 2,000 feet of sanitary sewer line, and install approximately 2,000     feet of 6-inch gravity sewer pipe, reconnect laterals, and install 6 new manholes.
7) Construct one new 4-inch sewer lateral.

4.    Bid Opening. Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 p.m.     (Pacific Daylight Time) on July 9, 2015 at Columbia City     Hall located at:

Bids received after the stated date and time will not be
accepted. No Facsimiles will be accepted.  The submittal envelope shall be marked, “Bid for the Sewer System Improvements” or similar wording. A public bid opening will be held shortly after closing in the City Council Chambers at Columbia City Hall. Interested parties are invited to attend.
First-tier Subcontractor Form is due two hours after bid closing in accordance to Oregon Law.

Notice is hereby given that the City of Hillsboro (“City”) is requesting proposals for Laboratory Analysis Services. The City desires to enter into a professional services agreement with a qualified individual or firm who can demonstrate competency and experience in providing laboratory analysis services to the City, due to the City’s need to purchase analytical services for water quality analysis.
