NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING
A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Greater St. Helens Park & Rec., Columbia County, State of Oregon, on the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2012 to June 30, 2013, will be held at 1070 Eisenschmidt Lane, St. Helens, OR.  The meeting will take pace on the April 16, 20012 at 5:00 pm. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message.  A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after April 17, 2012 at 1070 Eisenschmidt Lane, St Helens, between the hours of 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. and 3:30 – 5:00 p.m.  This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place.  Listed below is the time and place of an additional Budget Committee meeting that will be held to take public comment.  Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee.  Date:  May 21, 2012.  Time:  5:00 p.m.  Location:  1070 Eisenschmidt Lane, St. Helens.
