NOTICE OF SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET

Per O.R.S.294.480 (3) “When the estimated expenses contained in a supplemental budget for a fiscal year result in an amount of estimated total expenses by the municipal corporation for that fiscal year that differs by not more than 10 percent of any individual fund contained in the regular budget for that fiscal year, the governing body of the municipal corporation may adopt the supplemental budget at a regular meeting of the governing body.”  Therefore, the FY 2011-12 budgets for the following funds which meet the above criteria will be amended as outlined below by the Clackamas County Board of Commissioners at their regular weekly meeting on December 15, 2011.  That meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. at 2051 Kaen Road, Oregon City, OR  97045.

LIBRARY SERVICES FUND
